By accessing or using CueGen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Service
CueGen provides a Max for Live plugin and related cloud services for generating spoken cues. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not use CueGen to generate audio content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Limitation of Liability
CueGen is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the service.
